Ratna Ghosh is James McGill Professor and William C. Macdonald Professor of Education at McGill University in Montreal, Canada where she was Dean of Education. She is a Member of the Order of Canada and an Officer of the Order of Quebec. She was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, and the World Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include education and social justice issues, and recently she is focusing on educational strategies to counter religious extremism.
