Mark Mattner

Visiting Researcher at the Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University
Mark Mattner recently completed a PhD in Political Science at McGill University, where he was a Trudeau Scholar. The topic of his dissertation was the role played by oil companies in local governance and violence in the Niger Delta. Prior to commencing his PhD, Mark worked at the World Bank and at UNHCR. He is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University.
