Diana Carney holds a BA in PPE and an MSc. in Agricultural Economics from Oxford University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She started her career as a management consultant, then spent two decades working in development policy. From 2011 to 2013 she worked with Canada 2020 in Ottawa and is now based in London.
