Belinda Lloyd is a fellow in global journalism at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs. She started her career in journalism with Hong Kong’s public broadcaster, Radio Television Hong Kong, working as a radio reporter. Belinda went on to become a senior reporter and television news anchor for ATV News. She has also worked for the European Union’s Office in Hong Kong and Macau as its Head of Press and Political Affairs.
