André Beaulieu is Vice-President, Value Creation and Procurement for Bell Canada. As such he is responsible for one of the largest procurement portfolios in Canada, major productivity initiatives across the company and the relationship with Bell's Atlantic partner, Bell Aliant. Prior to his current position, he was Vice-President for Corporate Strategy at Bell. Before joining Bell, André was a consultant with Bain and Company, specializing in telecommunications and leverage buy-out advisory out of the Paris and Boston Offices. Previously, he has held management positions at A.T. Kearney in Paris; at Monitor Company in Toronto; with the Privy Council Office of the Government of Canada; and with the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development. Born in Quebec City, André received both his BA (Honours) and his B.C.L/LL.B from Montreal's McGill University.
