United Nations Reform: The Problem with Global Governance

Louise Frechette, CIGI Distinguished Fellow, will be speaking in Halifax this week at a Seminar focusing on the challenges of reforming our Global Governance system. The event, sponsored by the Dalhousie Centre for Foreign Policy Studies, will also involve members of CIC’s Halifax Branch.
